We are so happy you have found your way to our online home. Jazzknights is a home grown online jazz community based in the Nations' Capital, Washington, D.C. The Washington, D.C. metropolitan area has a rich history in the arts and in jazz inparticular. We are a proud supporter of jazz enthusiasts and musicians everywhere! There is a serious resurgence of Jazz in the Washington, D.C. area and the District of Columbia certainly has tons of talent to offer to one and all. It is our hope to help provide a voice for jazz artists and fans in their purest form. The primary use of this site is for information on jazz events in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. JazzKnights.com also serves as a venue for jazz vocalists and jazz musicians to get the word out about their upcoming gigs and various appearances. If you are a new artist and want a place to post your bio and contact information, JazzKnights.com is the place to go! We have great prices and service.
We are also a very proud supporter of The Fish Middleton Jazz Scholarship Fund and the FMJS Annual East Coast Jazz Festival. The festival takes place annually on President's Day weekend in February. The East Coast Jazz Festival is the inspiration for JazzKnights.com. This scholarship fund helps emerging jazz artists continue their music studies. The FMJS fund is also a vehicle through which America's music, Jazz, continues to be preserved. Congratulations East Coast Jazz Festival and FMJS. We love you madly! |
